At Glint & Grace, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your jewellery purchase, you may request a return or refund under the terms below.

Eligibility

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Worn or used jewellery
  • Customized or engraved items
  • Gift cards, promotional, or final-sale items
  • Items missing original packaging or tags

How to Request

Email us at support@glintandgrace.com with:

  • Order number and name
  • Reason for return/refund
  • Photos (required for damaged or incorrect items)

Our team will review your request and share further instructions.

Shipping & Inspection

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable courier
  • All returns are inspected upon receipt

Refunds, Replacements & Store Credit

  • Approved cases may receive a replacement, store credit, or refund
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after inspection
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or wrongly sent

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
