Eligibility
You may request a return or refund if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Worn or used jewellery
- Customized or engraved items
- Gift cards, promotional, or final-sale items
- Items missing original packaging or tags
How to Request

- Order number and name
- Reason for return/refund
- Photos (required for damaged or incorrect items)
Our team will review your request and share further instructions.
Shipping & Inspection
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable courier
- All returns are inspected upon receipt
Refunds, Replacements & Store Credit
- Approved cases may receive a replacement, store credit, or refund
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after inspection
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or wrongly sent
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
